Food fairs are highly visited spaces and a leisure offer for all ages, but they have a big problem: queues to order. Many times the markets have tokens that you must buy to be able to consume in the food trucks and drink bars and that make attendees have to wait in a queue to buy the tokens, a queue to order the food and the preparation time of the same. And the last two queues you must do for each of the food trucks you want to order from.

There are some alternatives to the use of tokens, such as paying tickets directly at the food truck, but this does not prevent them from having to wait to order or the food preparation time. Or the use of RFID wristbands typically known as "cashless wristbands", which also do not avoid this type of waiting.
