Upcoming tax regulations

Be prepared to comply with the upcoming regulations implemented by the Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT).

By July 1, 2025, all businesses will have to provide real-time data to AEAT regarding their sales and electronically sign their invoices so they can be verified by the tax agency.
FesteaPay is fully compliant with the new tax regulations regarding Billing Computer Systems (SIF) and Veri*factu, and is integrated to send electronic tickets directly to AEAT.
